PROJECT 1

Our first project is to create a legal non-profit entity. This will allow use to legally function as a non-profit and allow donations to be tax deductible.

PROJECT 2

Project 2 will be filing and obtaining tax-exempt status with the IRS. We are currently seeking a 501C3 status.

PROJECT 3

We will seeking donors and donations that will allow us to serve all North Texas teachers, along with the current Title I teachers

Our final project will be to raise enough money to create an endowment fund. This fund will allow the awarding of yearly student scholarships and to provide a self-funding for our school supplies and materials.
